Use this form to tell Aran Accounting about your existing company and the services you would like us to quote. Submitting it does not appoint us as company secretary, registered-office provider, CRO presenter or tax agent.

We will review the company details, documents and requested services, then contact you with a tailored proposal. No card payment is collected on this form. Work starts only after we agree the scope, fees and engagement terms with you.

1. Your service choices

Company secretary and registered office are separate optional requests. Each is normally €340 plus 23% VAT per year (€418.20 including VAT), subject to the tailored proposal. A takeover, filings and ongoing accountancy may have separate fees; we will show them before you accept.

2. Current company details

Tell us who is currently registered as company secretary and where the company is currently registered. If an LTD has one director, that director cannot also be its sole company secretary.

3. Review and next steps

Our team may request additional identity, ownership and company records before offering or starting services. CRO and Revenue changes require the appropriate later authorisations and filings.
