  • Documents: Proof of identity, proof of address, PPS proof, medical certificates, payslips.

  • Prepare and submit your Income Tax Return to the Irish Revenue Commissioners.
  • Review and apply tax credits, reliefs and allowances on your behalf.
  • Comply with AML/CFT obligations under the Criminal Justice Act 2010.
  • Communicate with you about your tax affairs and our services.
  • Improve our website and services.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

  • Irish Revenue Commissionersfor the purpose of filing your tax return and acting as your agent (Agent e-Link via ROS).
  • Service providershosting, email, secure file storage — all bound by data processing agreements.
  • Professional advisorsin exceptional circumstances, with your consent, if specialist advice is required.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for six years from the end of the relevant tax year, in accordance with Section 886 of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 and AML record-keeping requirements under the Criminal Justice Act 2010.

After this period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
